代謝工程(MBE)致力于發表關于代謝產物生產過剩或改善細胞特性的代謝通路定向調控的原始研究論文。還歡迎介紹天然途徑工程和將微生物轉化為微生物細胞工廠的異種途徑的合成。介紹了闡明代謝途徑的實驗、計算和建模方法,以及通過遺傳、介質或其他環境手段對代謝途徑進行操縱的方法。有效地探索代謝途徑需要應用分子生物學和生物化學的適當方法,以及工程學的建模和數據分析技術。MBE為生物化學、分子生物學、應用微生物學、細胞生理學、健康與疾病中的細胞營養和生物化學工程等組成領域的跨學科研究以及相關成果的交流提供了一個論壇。論文類型:原創性研究論文、綜述性論文。
英文簡介
Metabolic Engineering (MBE) is devoted to the publication of original research papers on the directed modulation of metabolic pathways for metabolite over production or the improvement of cellular properties. Papers describing native pathway engineering and synthesis of heterologous pathways for converting microorganisms into microbial cell factories are also welcome.Experimental, computational, and modelling approaches for the elucidation of metabolic pathways and their manipulation by genetic, media, or other environmental means are presented. Efficient probing of metabolic pathways requires the application of appropriate methods from molecular biology and biochemistry, along with modeling and data analysis techniques from engineering. MBE provides a forum for communicating such interdisciplinary research, as well as relevant results in the constituent areas of biochemistry, molecular biology, applied microbiology, cellular physiology, cellular nutrition in health and disease, and biochemical engineering.Types of papers:Original Research Papers, Review Papers.
