《獸醫(yī)醫(yī)學(xué)教育雜志》（JVME）是一本國際同行評議的雜志，也是美國獸醫(yī)學(xué)院協(xié)會的官方出版物。它目前每年出版三次，是世界上唯一專門和全面致力于獸醫(yī)教育的雜志。該期刊既發(fā)表委托撰寫的文章，也發(fā)表個人提交的文章，其目標(biāo)是成為獸醫(yī)教育領(lǐng)域的主要信息交流渠道。其目的是豐富和改善獸醫(yī)教育的各個方面，積極主動地激發(fā)思想和討論，充分反映獸醫(yī)教育正在發(fā)生的廣泛變化，并提供對未來變化的見解。該期刊試圖就教育、教育的方向、進步、可能的方法以及教育的演變等問題引發(fā)人們的思考和辯論。該期刊是獸醫(yī)教育的一個主要場所，用于發(fā)表同行評審的教育研究。該期刊載有關(guān)于獸醫(yī)課程、教學(xué)技術(shù)、教學(xué)方法、學(xué)習(xí)范式新方法、教育軟件評論和獸醫(yī)教科書評論的文章。

The Journal of Veterinary Medical Education (JVME) is an international peer-reviewed journal and the official publication of the Association of American Veterinary Medical Colleges. It is currently published three times per year and is the only journal in the world exclusively and comprehensively devoted to veterinary education. The journal publishes both commissioned and individually submitted articles and has the goal of being a major conduit for sharing information among those in veterinary education. Its aim is to enrich and improve all aspects of veterinary education, to be proactive in stimulating thought and discussion, to reflect in full the breadth of changes in veterinarian education that are occurring, and to provide insights of the changes of the future. The Journal attempts to prompt consideration and debate on education, its direction, progress, potential approaches, and on evolution of education that might be prompted by changes in the profession. The Journal is a major venue for those in veterinary education to publish peer reviewed educational research. The Journal contains articles on veterinary medical curricula, instructional technology, teaching methodology, new approaches to the learning paradigm, reviews of educational software and review of veterinary medicine textbooks.
