《人力資源開發季刊》是人力資源開發學會的官方刊物。這是第一本直接關注人力資源開發(HRD)這一不斷發展的領域的同行評議期刊，集中關注人力資源開發問題以及傳播這類研究的手段。英國樸茨茅斯大學樸茨茅斯商學院和美國威斯康辛大學白水分校商業與經濟學院為《人力資源開發季刊》提供了額外的支持。

Human Resource Development Quarterly is an official publication of the Academy of Human Resource Development. It was the first peer-reviewed journal focused directly on the evolving field of Human Resource Development (HRD) and provides a central focus on HRD issues as well as the means for disseminating such research.Additional support for Human Resource Development Quarterly is provided by the Portsmouth Business School, University of Portsmouth, UK and the College of Business and Economics, University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, USA.
