《蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)雜志》面向蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)、生物標(biāo)志物發(fā)現(xiàn)、蛋白質(zhì)分析、植物蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)、微生物和動(dòng)物蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)、人體研究、質(zhì)譜組織成像、非常規(guī)和非模型生物蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)生物信息學(xué)等領(lǐng)域的蛋白質(zhì)科學(xué)家和分析化學(xué)家。該雜志歡迎在代謝組學(xué)、基因組學(xué)、系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)、毒物基因組學(xué)、藥物蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)等新領(lǐng)域和即將發(fā)表的論文。蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)雜志結(jié)合了基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)家和臨床醫(yī)生，包括翻譯研究。歡迎就檢討、網(wǎng)上研討會(huì)及專題問題提出建議。所有稿件均經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的同行評(píng)審，并符合最高的道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。《蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)雜志》是歐洲蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)(EuPA)的官方期刊，同時(shí)出版EuPA官方報(bào)告，并與HUPO等合作伙伴共同參與國(guó)際蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)教程項(xiàng)目。

Journal of Proteomics is aimed at protein scientists and analytical chemists in the field of proteomics, biomarker discovery, protein analytics, plant proteomics, microbial and animal proteomics, human studies, tissue imaging by mass spectrometry, non-conventional and non-model organism proteomics, and protein bioinformatics. The journal welcomes papers in new and upcoming areas such as metabolomics, genomics, systems biology, toxicogenomics, pharmacoproteomics.Journal of Proteomics unifies both fundamental scientists and clinicians, and includes translational research. Suggestions for reviews, webinars and thematic issues are welcome. All manuscripts are strictly peer reviewed and conform the highest ethical standards. Journal of Proteomics is an official journal of the European Proteomics Association (EuPA) and also publishes official EuPA reports and participates in the International Proteomics Tutorial Programme with HUPO and other partners.
