藥物代謝與藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)（DMPK）是日本異種生物研究學(xué)會(huì)（JSSX）的官方在線期刊，它取代了JSSX以前的期刊《異種生物代謝與處置》。該雜志將接受英文原稿，但前提是該作品尚未出版，且不考慮在其他地方出版。提交稿范圍DMPK出版原創(chuàng)和創(chuàng)新的科學(xué)論文，討論與異種生物廣泛相關(guān)的主題。異生元一詞包括醫(yī)藥、環(huán)境和農(nóng)業(yè)化學(xué)品以及大分子物質(zhì)。期刊分為以下幾節(jié)：-藥物代謝/生物轉(zhuǎn)化-藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)和藥效學(xué)-毒性動(dòng)力學(xué)和毒性動(dòng)力學(xué)-藥物-藥物相互作用/藥物-食物相互作用-藥物吸收和處置機(jī)制（包括轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白）-藥物輸送系統(tǒng)-臨床藥理學(xué)-分析方法-影響藥物代謝和轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的因素-藥物代謝酶和轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白基因的表達(dá)-藥物遺傳學(xué)和藥物基因組學(xué)-藥物流行病學(xué)

Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) is an official online journal of the Japanese Society for the Study of Xenobiotics (JSSX), and it replaces the JSSX's former journal, Xenobiotic Metabolism and Disposition. The journal will accept original submissions in English on the understanding that the work is unpublished and is not being considered for publication elsewhere.Scope of submitted manuscriptsDMPK publishes original and innovative scientific papers that address topics broadly related to xenobiotics. The term xenobiotic includes medicinal as well as environmental and agricultural chemicals and macromolecules. The journal is organized into sections as follows:- Drug metabolism / Biotransformation- Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics- Toxicokinetics and toxicodynamics- Drug-drug interaction / Drug-food interaction- Mechanism of drug absorption and disposition (including transporter)- Drug delivery system- Clinical pharmacy and pharmacology- Analytical method- Factors affecting drug metabolism and transport- Expression of genes for drug-metabolizing enzymes and transporters- Pharmacogenetics and pharmacogenomics- Pharmacoepidemiology
