《碳水化合物化學雜志》是一個方便的國際論壇，內(nèi)容涉及碳水化合物的新型合成方法；機械碳水化合物化學；碳水化合物在國家產(chǎn)品、藥物、碳水化合物抗生素、糖和低聚糖合成中的應(yīng)用；碳水化合物的分子建模；以及對碳水化合物的分析。糖相互轉(zhuǎn)化，碳水化合物作為合成試劑，分離方法應(yīng)用于碳水化合物反應(yīng)和合成，以及碳水化合物的光譜和晶體結(jié)構(gòu)研究。

The Journal of Carbohydrate Chemistry serves as a convenient, international forum for novel synthetic methods for carbohydrates; mechanistic carbohydrate chemistry; the uses of carbohydrates in national products, drugs, carbohydrate antibiotics, saccharides, and oligosaccharide syntheses; molecular modeling of carbohydrates; and the analysis of saccharide interconversions, carbohydrates as synthetic reagents, separation methods as applied to carbohydrate reactions and synthesis, and spectroscopic and crystallographic structure studies of carbohydrates.
