《數學流體力學雜志》(JMFM)是一個出版高質量的同行評議論文的論壇，內容涉及流體力學的數學理論，特別是納維爾-斯托克斯方程。作為其中的一個重要部分，該雜志鼓勵論文處理計算理論的數學方面，以及科學和工程的應用。該雜志還在與流體力學的數學理論直接相關的數學領域發表文章。所有的論文都將具有獨創性和數學嚴謹性。要使一篇論文被接受，僅僅包含原始結果是不夠的。事實上，研究結果應該與流體力學的數學理論高度相關，并滿足廣大讀者。

The Journal of Mathematical Fluid Mechanics (JMFM) is a forum for the publication of high-quality peer-reviewed papers on the mathematical theory of fluid mechanics, with special regards to the Navier-Stokes equations. As an important part of that, the journal encourages papers dealing with mathematical aspects of computational theory, as well as with applications in science and engineering. The journal also publishes in related areas of mathematics that have a direct bearing on the mathematical theory of fluid mechanics. All papers will be characterized by originality and mathematical rigor. For a paper to be accepted, it is not enough that it contains original results. In fact, results should be highly relevant to the mathematical theory of fluid mechanics, and meet a wide readership.
