MRC致力于快速出版與磁共振技術發展有關的論文，或在這些技術的應用中起著關鍵作用的論文。邀請了在核磁共振、電子自旋共振和核質量共振的各個領域工作的科學家的貢獻，并發表了描述化學、結構生物學和材料化學各個分支的應用的論文。這本雜志不僅對從事學術研究的科學家特別感興趣，而且對那些在商業組織工作的科學家特別感興趣，他們需要了解磁共振技術的最新實際應用。

MRC is devoted to the rapid publication of papers which are concerned with the development of magnetic resonance techniques, or in which the application of such techniques plays a pivotal part. Contributions from scientists working in all areas of NMR, ESR and NQR are invited, and papers describing applications in all branches of chemistry, structural biology and materials chemistry are published.The journal is of particular interest not only to scientists working in academic research, but also those working in commercial organisations who need to keep up-to-date with the latest practical applications of magnetic resonance techniques.
